School Counselor

This is my 17th year as an educator. I began my educational career as a teacher assistant with Wake County Schools in 1998. I then worked as a first grade teacher for one year and two years as an Exceptional Children's teacher. I began my career as a School Counselor in 2003. I am passionate about education and enjoy working with children and those who advocate for their needs. I love to inspire and encourage others in anyway that I can and my favorite words to live by are Love! Live! Life! This is my second year at Hearne Elementary and I am looking forward to a great year! I am married and have two boys, one in Early College High School and one in elementary.
